The Longevity Pulse

What You Missed at the Longevity Expo in West Palm Beach

Between May 31 and June 1, 2025, more than 500 health-conscious attendees gathered at the Palm Beach County Convention Center for the Longevity Expo, a consumer event designed to bring the science of longevity to everyday life.

Hosted by Harvard-trained physician and New York Times bestselling author Dr. Sara (Gottfried) Szal, the weekend marked a major step forward in making evidence-based wellness strategies accessible, actionable, and exciting.

Unlike traditional medical conferences, the Longevity Expo offered a lively, immersive experience tailored to both wellness newcomers and seasoned biohackers. Attendees were welcomed by a vibrant community, greeted by an expo hall filled with more than 30 innovative vendors, and treated to two days of inspiring conversations, movement breaks and discovery.

Brands showcased everything from red light therapy and wearable tech to nutritional products, hormone support supplements and personalized diagnostics, giving guests a chance to interact directly with some of the top products and protocols in the space.

Over the course of the weekend, more than 20 experts and speakers took the stage to share cutting-edge insights on aging, mental wellness, hormonal health and metabolic resilience. Sessions included practical explorations of mood and cognition, women’s health, gut longevity and brain-body connections.

Notable speakers included Dr. Michael Greger, JJ Virgin, Dr. Judith Joseph and Erica Lugo - each delivering informative topics that resonated with both newcomers and enthusiasts alike.

But what truly set this event apart was its ability to blend real science with real life. Between sessions, guests could be found lounging in outdoor wellness zones, experimenting with recovery tools, or striking up deep conversations over smoothies and supplements. It was a place where experts and attendees came together not just to learn, but to connect with themselves, with one another and with the future of health.

"What made The Longevity Expo special was seeing the immediate impact of information on attendees. Unlike medical conferences where concepts remain theoretical, here I witnessed people having 'aha moments' in real-time, connecting scientific concepts to their personal health journeys," said James LaValle, RPh, CCN, MT, DHM, DHP, internationally recognized clinical pharmacist, author, and board-certified clinical nutritionist and current Chief Science Officer for Lifetime Fitness. "The questions I received showed a sophisticated understanding and genuine desire to implement evidence-based longevity practices. This audience wasn't just passive—they were ready to become active participants in extending their healthspan."

The event also marked an exciting evolution in A4M’s commitment to education, extending its deep scientific legacy into the consumer space through trusted speakers, practical tools and hands-on experiences. For many attendees, it was the first time they had direct access to thought leaders and longevity brands shaping the future of health span.

While this year’s event has wrapped, the momentum is just beginning. The Longevity Expo returns in 2026.
